Many people have fantasized about a utopian society, while critics of the utopian concept have consistently applied a dystopian perspective to the idea. From the beginning it should be understood that the Independent Sovereign Communities of a Global Free Society are neither Utopian nor Dystopian in nature, but it is the force and power of will of community residents who apply to community action that will determine the relative value of the community to the rest of human society. However, the physical layout and structural design of the community does give an impression of such ideologies, which must, therefore, be addressed in such a way as to illustrate the intention and purpose behind the design. Ultimately, the Independent Sovereign Community is created to give people of common values a place to exercise their God given rights and freedoms according to their own perception as it agrees with other people who apply themselves from the same point of view, without encroaching upon the rights and freedoms of other people who apply themselves from another point of view. However, even as it is acknowledged that these differences exist, it is the goal of the Universal Standard to create a means for communities of varying belief structures to apply themselves collectively to a common cause and purpose within the Global Construct, and to empower the individual to effective action within the community in order to make a legitimate contribution to the Global Society by community action. The ambition of these goals requires that each community become sovereign unto itself to a range specified by particular data, including community population, industrial applications of the community, and capacity for power generation, among other things. It also requires that the Sovereign Community conduct itself as a Sovereign Community, and utilize community design as a means to apply community action and to preserve the peace and security of the community and all of her residents. The physical designs of the community structure, as they are shown here, allow efficiency in community action, while specific systems and programs allow community residents to voluntarily apply themselves to community action by establishing Minimum Resident Contributions to community action. Here on this site, we take a look at the physical structure of the community and explain how it applies to community action and why it is a progressive step to the future to apply this program of community development on a global scale. On this site, various systems and building methodologies are discussed. These ideas are specifically the property of Philip Matthew Carter (390828277- x202355004mo- 02197312) until the establishment of A Foundation of Trust, after which they are and will be held in trust by the Foundation to perpetuity in the interest of the Beneficiary of the Trust, for whom they have been applied. The Foundation, as compensation for use of these plans and ideas, will establish an account to Mr. Carter into which One percent of all contributions, donations, and resources received by the Foundation for application to community development will be deposited, from which Mr. Carter will be able to establish himself and his progeny in the Earth according to his own terms. Once monies and resources are deposited in this account they are forfeit to him by the Foundation, the Beneficiary of the Trust, and the Benefactor which made the initial contribution. From these resources, Mr. Carter intends to develop the next phase of community expansion, which necessarily must occur as the Global Population keeps growing. However, Mr. Carter has unilateral power over these resources until such time as he assigns them over to another body or entity. This clause is for the duration of the life of the Foundation and any subsequent institutional powers which may come to replace the Foundation, and applies to Mr. Carter and his progeny, transferring to the estate of Mr. Carter upon becoming deceased.
